BCCI will revoke the ban that was imposed on Rajasthan Cricket Association in 2014 after ex-IPL commissioner Lalit Modi was re-elected as the President. The board has since looked after RCA’s affairs🐽 and ✃after another re-election, under High Court’s supervision, this year has reached this decision.

The BCCI is likely to uplift Rajasthan Cricket Association’s (RCA) three-year-old suspension soon, after a discussion between Committee of Administrators (CoA) and t♍he BCCI office-bearers in the next meeting.

“This is one of the issues scheduled to be discussed. It will be done at an appropriate forum," said CK Khanna to TOI. The BCCI's acting president was made th🌼e chairman of the ad-hoc committee to run the affairs in Rajasthan cricket.

According to BCCI sources, the CoA had already dissolved the ad-hoc committee previously and has now has asked Khanna to call an SGM by November 16 to hold the meeting within the nℱext 21 days. The Indian cricket board is also due to appear in front of the Rajasthan High Court, where they will explain the status of the state cricket association at a hearing.

The Raj💃asthan Cricket Association was suspended back in May 2014 after ex-IPL commissioner Lalit Modi was re-elected as the President. The elections were again held under the supervision of the High Court, and Congress leader CP Joshi was declared the President in June, where he defeated Modi's son Ruchir.

BCCI has taken care of RCA’s affairs since then and the state's f❀irst-class team has been playing under the name Team Rajasthan. The board has even recommended the names of selectors for the Rajas🐭than senior and junior teams recently.
