After a disastrous 2018 season, which saw them finish ninth in Group C with just two wins to their name, Rajasthan will be looking to turn their fortunes around and so they have identified teenaꦡge sensation Mahipal Lomror as the man to lead them to glory. Lomror, despite being 19, has three years of experience under his belt and will also have the guidance of Indian pacer Deepak Chahar, wꩵho will be his deputy for the forthcoming season of the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
"It is a good mix as we have both the senior players and even those 🤡who are representing Team India. I am happy that those youngsters who are performing well have also been included in the side," Lomror was quoted as saying by Times of India.
With Rajasthaღn set to play their group matches in Jaipur, Lomror hopes that his team can take advantage of conditions which they are very much ac🐎customed to.
"Definitely it is a good opportunity for us given that we know the conditions well. Hopeಌfully we will come up with a very good performance unlike last year," he said.
Oth꧂er inclusions are Indian internationals Rahul Chahar and Khaleel Ahmed, while Tanveer-Ul-Haq, Aniket Choudhary and Ashok Menaria have also been picked in the squad.
