Delhi continued to excel in the o𝓰ngoing league and remained at the top of the points table after registering a 32-30 win against Puneri Paltan on Saturday. In the first day of the Gujarat leg, the team from the national capital produced an all-round show which helped them win the match and the defence had an important role to play in the game as well. With Ravinder Pahal, Joginder Narwal and Vishal Mane in the team, they scored nine tackle points in the game and the coach spoke about the same during the press conference.

“Tꦚhe defenc🌠e played well. There were certain aspects that we will have to address but it was a good performance,” said Delhi coach Krishan Kumar Hooda.

Delhi was in control of the game at the end of the first half but the second half saw a good come back by the Paltan and the game also went till the last raid of the game which went in favour of Dabang Delhi asও Manjeet from Pune stepped out in the raid and Delhi won the match by a small margin of two points. However, Hooda is of the belief that there was no turning point in the game.

“I don’t think there was a turning point. We were in control right from the start. We were more or less in the lead 💞for 40 minutes.

“I would like to credit it t♈o my entire team. My captain, Joginder Singh Narwal, has led the team extremely well. My raiders Naveen Kumar and Chandran ꦑRanjit. My other corner Ravinder Pahal.  Everyone has done so well and I’d give them all equal credit for our form,” the coach signed off.
