Following three overs ofꦿ decent play, the southpaw took on the ICC no. 1 ranked T20 bowler and smashed six consecutive fours in the last over of the mandatory field restrictions

Duckett banged a couple of fours over mid-wicket by rocking back off a short-pitch delivery in the first three balls of the fourth over. Subsequently, he hanged back and cut a widish good length delivery towards backward point for a four. On the fifth ball, Duckett switched to reverse sweep attempt and middled the fuller delivery nicely to propel the ball towards the ꩲdeep point region ropes. Having hit five back-to-back fours, the southpaw judged a slower one nicely off Akeal’s hands and lofted it towards the V region to make it six successive boundaries in the over. He went on to notch a 22-ball half-century, his first for the Stars.
